DBA2Web is an extension for Evo~ERP and DBA Classic that allows users to work with a familiar web browser interface while using the most flexible search and drill up/down features available for Evo/DBA. Using this software is FREE.
There are two ways to grab this code. The first is a 25MB install file that includes a complete web server and database with all files in place. You just install it on a computer that has no web server software, do a few configuration things and away you go. This Desktop Server will install in minutes on any computer in your network. If you can run Evo/DBA from the computer then this Apache/MySQL packaged version will be able to connect to your data, as well*.
The second way to get DBA2Web is a simple zip file containing all of the PHP code and other required files. This package will need to be installed on a web server and a little bit more configuration will be required, including creating a database in MySQL and running a SQL file that will create the required tables. Data connection info is also included*.
* Complete instructions for how to set up an ODBC connection are included. If you have never used Excel® or Crystal Reports® to access your database you may need adminitrative access to your PSQL server to set up the connection.
